Consecuencias de la carga laboral en el personal del centro de salud urbano durante el proceso de vacunación contra la COVID-19

Abstract

The present analysis responds to a certain period during the pandemic. Workers of Centro de Salud Urbano have participated in the vaccination plan against Covid-19, the level of stress and psychosocial risk of co-workers were persistent. Thus, some polls were applied to them to determine the raised level of stress and psychosocial risk in both ways, outside of the working environment and at work. Objective: Determine the raised level of stress and psychosocial risk in both ways, outside of the working environment and at work generated in employees of the Centro de Salud Urbano due to the dawn of the vaccination program against Covid-19. Method: It was descriptive quantitative research, applied to all (17) workers, from 24 to 60 years old by applying Battery of instruments for the evaluation and analysis of psychosocial risk factors outside work and stress levels. The levels of stress and psychosocial risk were calculated. Results: The survey demonstrates that the workload during the vaccination campaign against Covid-19 achieves important results about the level of stress and psychosocial risk outside of the workplace. Conclusion: It was shown that the level of stress and the level of psychosocial risk outside of work increases in workers who participate in vaccination days against Covid-19. The results acknowledge a specific time of the global pandemic, so for related circumstances, a better and improved distribution of working time and work performance should be considered according to the capacities and abilities of the staff.
