| Resumen : | La evolución creciente en Quito ha dado lugar a un aumento en la desigualdad entre diferentes tipos de población y territorios. En la actualidad, la población está buscando maneras de desarrollo que se adapten a las políticas actuales y les permitan implementar nuevas actividades productivas. En este sentido Zámbiza cuenta con una variedad de cualidades naturales, históricas y demográficas que fomentan la interacción con los corredores ecológicos del territorio. No obstante, una de las principales limitaciones de la parroquia es la falta de alternativas sobre equipamientos temporales para los visitantes, desaprovechando oportunidades de generar más impacto y conocimiento sobre el sitio. La creación de un proyecto de espacios de alojamiento que contribuya al desarrollo de la comunidad, en conjunto con el turísmo ecológico y rural existente, implicaría rescatar técnicas constructivas tradicionales y combinarlas con las contemporáneas, creando así una arquitectura confortable que se integre directamente con el paisaje y que responda a la necesidad de preservar el borde de quebrada. El proyecto está ubicado entre las calles 11 de Febrero, México y la Vía a Cocotog donde se concentran amplias áreas de diversidad biológica y zonas dedicadas a la agricultura. La idea clave del proyecto se basa en el concepto o fundamento de “El Antibosque” el cual busca que el objeto arquitectónico aproveche el espacio vacío que deja el arbolado existente y así establecer su posicionamiento para lograr diferentes interacciones entre espacios públicos, semi - públicos e íntimos, otorgando un sentido de conexión al proyecto. En relación a la propuesta de convivencia y temporalidad, es necesario crear nuevos espacios que permitan a los turistas involucrarse y prolongar su estadía en el lugar, ya que si no existen espacios de alojamiento, los visitantes no permanecerán mucho tiempo, lo que afectará de manera desfavorable al turismo en el futuro. |
| Descripción : | The growing evolution in Quito has led to an increase in inequality between different types of population and territories. Currently, the population is looking for ways of development that adapt to current policies and allow them to implement new productive activities. In this sense, Zámbiza has a variety of natural, historical and demographic qualities that encourage interaction with the ecological corridors of the territory. However, one of the main limitations of the parish is the lack of alternatives on temporary equipment for visitors, missing opportunities to generate more impact and knowledge about the site. The creation of a project of accommodation spaces that contributes to the development of the community, together with the existing ecological and rural tourism, would imply rescuing traditional construction techniques and combining them with contemporary ones, thus creating a comfortable architecture that integrates directly with the landscape and that responds to the need to preserve the edge of the ravine. The project is located between 11 de Febrero, México streets and Vía a Cocotog, where large areas of biological diversity and areas dedicated to agriculture are concentrated. The key idea of the project is based on the concept or foundation of "The Antiforest" which seeks that the architectural object takes advantage of the empty space left by the existing trees and thus establish its positioning to achieve different interactions between public, semi-public and intimate spaces, giving a sense of connection to the project. In relation to the proposal of coexistence and temporality, it is necessary to create new spaces that allow tourists to get involved and prolong their stay in the place, since if there are no accommodation spaces, visitors will not stay long, which will affect tourism in the future unfavorably. |
