Diseño de “Centro de desarrollo integral infantil, en la parroquia Quitumbe”

Abstract

La educación inicial en el país ha tomado fuerza en los últimos años, sin embargo la infraestructura aun no es suficiente para la demanda de niños y niñas; la relevancia que se le da esta etapa de vida de los niños es crucial para su desarrollo y su futuro; es por esto que se plantea un Centro de Desarrollo Infantil en la parroquia de Quitumbe. El proyecto se encuentra en Quitumbe, una de las nuevas centralidades al sur de la ciudad de Quito, después de haber realizado un análisis urbano, se determina un plan masa con equipamientos de acuerdo a las necesidades del usuario. El Centro de Desarrollo de Infantil se ubica en una zona residencial, debido a la aproximación con los usuarios; se crea espacios de acuerdo a las características de los niños, ambientes donde puedan explorar, descubrir el mundo y potencializar al máximo sus capacidades motoras, cognitivas, afectivas y del lenguaje.

Initial education in the country has gained strength in the recent years, however the infrastructure is not yet enough for the demand of boys and girls; the relevance that this stage of children's life is given is crucial for its development and its future; this is why a Child Development Center in the parish of Quitumbe. The project is located in Quitumbe, one of the new centralities south of the city of Quito, after have done an urban analysis, a plan is determined mass with equipment according to the needs of the user. The Child Development Center is located in an area residential, due to the approach with the users; HE create spaces according to the characteristics of the children, environments where they can explore, discover the world and maximize your motor skills, cognitive, affective and language.
