Description: This article presents a theoretical proposal on the prevention of addictions, whose psychoanalytic approach allows to visualize the subject restoring it against the prevailing objectivity in the hegemonic discourses in relation to the subject. In this frame, the causality that deals with the effects that the uses of these substances would have, as well as the univocality with which they have been addressed, would be questioned by the idea that drugs as objects, suppose the subject a relationship in the one that lies a sense. The prevention to which this work aims, is based on the recognition of the subject since he is a child, including, in a referential framework, the adults in charge and the others of the coefficient group who will be part of a network of meanings, meanings, presences and separations, generating an experience and a knowledge, from which the child will be introduced in a journey towards humanization. For this purpose, a series of tools are proposed that will allow the subject to deal with the complexities and conflicts of daily life, restoring above all the value of the word, since it is in its absence, in the non-symbolization, in the no- word that finds a place the a-diction. The conceptual research carried out in this work included the analysis of data from bibliographic sources, which allowed to trace the different theories that have sustained certain ways of acting, interpreting and responding to this problem. This proposal includes important theoretical and methodological contributions that have inspired community prevention work, especially based on the work of Francoise Dolto.
