| Abstract: | El Ecuador es un país cuyo crecimiento y desarrollo se sustenta principalmente en las oportunidades que ofrece la industria petrolera. Desde que nuestro país se convirtió en un exportador neto de petróleo, esta actividad constituyó uno de los principales motores de la economía nacional. La oportunidad de participar como proveedor de servicios en el área petrolera fue analizada por el Ing. Luciano Moreno hace aproximadamente 22 años, fecha en la cual Lumoil Cia. Ltda. fue constituida. Después de una larga trayectoria en el mercado de servicios petroleros Lumoil ha crecido en muchos aspectos dentro de los más importantes su experiencia, capacitación y excelencia al momento de realizar los trabajos requeridos. Posterior a realizar un análisis de la situación administrativa general como también departamental surge la idea como también la necesidad de realizar una reingeniería en el departamento de comercio exterior, tomando en cuenta el gran potencial que la empresa posee para su crecimiento tanto dentro del mercado ecuatoriano como también internacionalizando sus servicios. El bienestar y crecimiento de nuestro país es un aspecto muy importante a considerar, es por esto que con este trabajo se garantiza un crecimiento en las plazas de trabajo y un óptimo funcionamiento en las áreas intervenidas de las Refinerías Estatales. Como objetivo principal de este trabajo es brindar una guía a la compañía antes mencionada para que mejore sus resultados y sobre todas las cosas mantenga una política de mejoramiento continuo. |
| Description: | Ecuador is a country whose growth and development is mainly based on the opportunities offered by the oil industry. Since our country became a net exporter of oil, this activity was one of the main engines of the national economy. The opportunity to participate as a service provider in the oil area was analyzed by Eng. Luciano Moreno approximately 22 years ago, date in which Lumoil Cia. Ltda. Was incorporated. After a long career in the oil services market Lumoil has grown in many aspects within the most important experience, training and excellence at the time of performing the required work. After carrying out an analysis of the general administrative situation as well as departmental, the idea arises as well as the need to carry out a reengineering in the foreign trade department, taking into account the great potential that the company has for its growth both within the Ecuadorian market and also internationalizing its services. The well-being and growth of our country is a very important aspect to consider, that is why this work guarantees a growth in the work places and an optimal functioning in the areas intervened of the State Refineries. The main objective of this work is to provide guidance to the aforementioned company so that it improves its results and, above all, maintains a policy of continuous improvement. |
