The present investigation presents the results of the validation of the UISEK mathematical models of Linearization of a Nonlinear Function and Multivariate Analysis of urban noise prediction, for the five sampling stations located in the Central-Eastern sector of the city of Quito. This was achieved with the help of field monitoring of the Sound Pressure Level, flow and vehicular speed. The criterion to accept these models was to determine if the mean of the theoretical values was between the confidence limits of the values obtained in the field. The results of the research are encouraging, accepting the validity of the models for two monitoring stations and for the Sector. It was established that the physical conditions around the sampling points directly influence the phenomenon, therefore, it is essential to make adjustments to the UISEK models to achieve its full validity throughout the sector.
