| Abstract: | La metodología BIM está revolucionando el sector de la construcción al introducir procesos y tecnologías avanzadas que sustituyen los métodos tradicionales. El proyecto "Biblioteca Patio" busca ser un modelo de referencia en el uso de BIM, aplicando esta metodología en todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del proyecto: planificación, diseño, análisis, ejecución y coordinación. BIM garantiza calidad, sostenibilidad y una operación eficiente del activo. Además, se sigue la normativa ISO 19650, que organiza y digitaliza la información del proyecto, promoviendo un entorno colaborativo y una gestión estructurada y transparente, involucrando disciplinas como arquitectura, estructura, MEP y sostenibilidad. |
| Description: | The BIM methodology is revolutionizing the construction industry by introducing advanced processes and technologies that replace traditional methods. The "Biblioteca Patio" project aims to be a benchmark for BIM implementation, applying this methodology across all project lifecycle stages: planning, design, analysis, execution, and coordination. BIM ensures quality, sustainability, and efficient operation of the asset.
