| Zusammenfassung: | Este estudio tiene por objeto analizar las propiedades psicométricas de la Escala Mitos del Amor Romántico (SMRL) en población ecuatoriana. Se diseñó un estudio de corte cuantitativo, no experimental transversal. Se aplicó la SMRL a una muestra de 1312 participantes (61.43% mujeres y 38.57% varones). Los resultados reflejaron que el modelo de mejor ajuste para la población estudiada es el de dos factores correlacionados. Como conclusión se puede decir que el instrumento puede ser empleado en los ámbitos de investigación, educación y psicoterapia a través de la prevención, promoción e intervención en salud mental. |
| Beschreibung: | The objective of this research is to analyse the psychometric properties of the Scale of Myths of Romantic Love (SMRL) in Ecuadorian population. For this purpose, a quantitative, non-experimental cross-sectional study was designed. The SMRL was applied to a sample of 1,312 participants (61.43% women and 38.57% men). The results reflected that the model with the best fit for the population studied is the one with two correlated factors. As a conclusion it can be said that the instrument can be used in the fields of research, education and psychotherapy through prevention, promotion and intervention in mental health. |
