| Abstract: | La adopción de tecnologías basadas en la generación y manejo de información llega finalmente a la industria de la construcción a través de la metodología BIM que al introducir procesos de trabajo que permiten la trazabilidad y la interoperabilidad entre los participantes garantiza la obtención de proyectos en menor tiempo, costo y mejor calidad. En el proyecto arquitectónico Centro Médico Atlas se implementa la metodología BIM bajo el esquema de las norma ISO 19650 y los estándares internacionales de prácticas BIM; para lo cual, primero se realiza una evaluación del estado actual del proyecto y posteriormente un estudio de los elementos de la metodología aplicables. Como consecuencia de esta aplicación, se establecen los roles BIM dentro del equipo de trabajo y se realizan las actividades y responsabilidades en función del rol establecido. Este documento detalla las actividades y procesos desarrollados por el rol de BIM Manager, donde la gestión de los procesos BIM se fundamentan en la administración y búsqueda del cumplimiento de los objetivos y la calidad de los entregables dentro de un esquema de buenas prácticas de administración de proyectos y del cumplimiento de la norma ISO19650 y los estándares aplicables al proyecto. |
| Description: | The adoption of technologies based on the generation and management of information finally reaches the construction industry through the BIM methodology that, by introducing work processes that allow traceability and interoperability between the participants, guarantees the obtaining of projects in less time, cost and better quality. In the Atlas Medical Center architectural project, the BIM methodology is implemented under the scheme of the ISO 19650 standard and the international standards of BIM practices; for which, first an evaluation of the current state of the project is carried out and later a study of the elements of the applicable methodology. As a consequence of this application, the BIM roles are established within the work team and the activities and responsibilities are carried out based on the established role. This document details the activities and processes developed by the role of BIM Manager, where the management of BIM processes is based on the administration and search for the fulfillment of the objectives and the quality of the deliverables within a scheme of good management practices. projects and compliance with the ISO19650 standard and the standards applicable to the project. |
