Abstract: El objetivo del presente estudio fue evaluar los factores de riesgo psicosocial a los que se encuentran expuestos los conductores de una compañía de transporte pesado usando la metodología de evaluación FPSICO 4.0 y el cuestionario de salud general de Goldberg GHQ-12 para la evaluación del estado de salud mental a una muestra de 15 conductores. Como resultado principal se identificaron cuatro factores de riesgo con un nivel muy elevado que son: Tiempo de Trabajo (80%), Carga de Trabajo (60.10%), Participación/ Supervisión (53.40%) y Relaciones y Apoyo Social (53.30%). Respecto a la aplicación del Cuestionario General de Salud GHQ – 12 se obtuvo como principales resultados que un 20% de los conductores de carga pesada se han sentido más agobiados y en tensión de lo habitual y un 33% de ellos se han sentido poco felices o deprimidos. Para la aplicación de las medidas de control se realizó una priorización de riesgo y se aplicó a los cuatro factores con un nivel de riesgo muy elevado mencionados anteriormente, con el fin de cuidar la salud física y mental de conductores de carga pesada.
Description: The objective of the present study was to evaluate the psychosocial risk factors to which the drivers of a transport company were exposed in studies using the FPSICO 4.0 evaluation methodology and the Goldberg GHQ-12 general health questionnaire for the evaluation of the state of health. mental to a sample of 15 drivers. As a main result, four risk factors with an extremely high level were identified: Work Time (80%), Workload (60.10%), Participation/Supervision (53.40%) and Relationships and Social Support (53.30%). Regarding the application of the General Health Questionnaire GHQ - 12, the main results obtained were that 20% of heavy load drivers have felt more overwhelmed and stressed than usual and 33% of them have felt unhappy or depressed For the application of control measures, risk prioritization was carried out and applied to the four factors with a previously very high level of risk, in order to take care of the physical and mental health of heavy load drivers.
