In the last week they present symptoms at the neck level (33%), lower back with one (27%), right shoulder and both shoulders (20%). The evaluation of 5 jobs using the REBA method determined a risk level of 4 for the bakery officer, requiring immediate action, and a confectioner and customer service risk level 3, requiring action as soon as possible. Conclusions: There is a prevalence of MSDs in the workers of the bakery industry with a condition at the level of the lower back, neck and shoulders, in the ergonomic evaluation the risk level 2,3 and 4 was obtained, the most affected position being the security officer. baking.
