Riesgos psicosociales y estrés laboral en el personal de una floricultora en el sector de Tabacundo

Abstract

GENERAL: Identify the level of psychosocial risk of the workers of a flower grower in the tabacundo sector, through the aplication of the Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risks in Work Spaces in Ecuador and the Questionnaire for the evaluation of work Stress of the Ministery of Social Protection and Pontificia University Javeriana de Bogotá for the implementation of the corresponding preventive or corrective measures. SPECIFICS: -Apply the questionnaires and evaluate the results. -Implement preventive or corrective measures in the floriculture. Method: A non- experimental, descriptive cross- sectional cohort study was carried out during the months of October 2021 to february 2022 in flower farm in Tabacundo. The study population was made up of 90 workers, within the inclusion criteria are all workers under dependency and contract directly with the flower grower, there are no exclusion criteria. Result: The psychosocial risk that in general yield a global result of low risk (39%) and the study of the levels of symptoms of work stress in women that was high (50%) and in men obtained a medium level of stress (40%). Conclusion: The results imply a greater control by human resources and it is recommended to implement activities to improve their performance and quality of work and thus the staff remains within low levels of work stress, thus considering that the factors that prevailed were load and pace of work and recovery.
