El Valor de la percepción del trabajador en el marco de la gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the value of the worker's perception regarding other stakeholders in the management of occupational safety and health (GSST). For which a method was used: exploratory, descriptive and comparative, through the use of a document ordering form, which allowed us to find results: on the weighted values of the different interested parties (stakeholders), the same ones that gave priority to the subjects of protection, on the actions of occupational health and safety management, with four decision variables: Demand for occupational health and safety management, interest in OSH management, participation in OSH management and who are the recipients of OSH management. Conclusions: This study allowed us to obtain a model for calculating the value of the perception of the interested parties in a technical and assertive manner.
