Abstract

The present work establishes the level of ergonomic risk due to repetitive activities in the Snack production company in the packaging area, in the first place the observation and monitoring is carried out through videos that were later evaluated using the KINOVEA tool. Next, the inductive-deductive method was used, which starts from the identification of the risk followed by the evolution of each of the jobs, the quantification of the risk was established using the CHECKLIST OCRA method, when obtaining the results, a recommendation is established. organizational and engineering measures to reduce the level of risk. Additionally, in the investigation, the analysis is carried out with the recommended implementations, where the significant decrease in risk is evidenced in the different activities evaluated.
