Implementación del sistema de gestión ambiental para la empresa Businesspoint S.A. con nombre comercial Logiktel, basado en la norma internacional ISO 14001:2015

Abstract

The administrative and operational activities of the company BUSINESSPOINT S.A, had some impacts on the environment, that could be reduced. Thus, it was pertinent to carry out an adequate updated implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) based on the International Standard ISO 14001:2015, so that the company Businesspoint S.A, with trade name Logiktel has a satisfactory environmental management and control in its different processes and complies with national law and regulations. To carry out this implementation, a documented analysis was carried out, information was collected through: interviews with company personnel and the analysis of the structure of the system. The respective documents of procedures in accordance to the mandatory formats of the International Standard ISO 14001:2015 were produced. About the relevant actions for the implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS), 75% of the planned activities were done and the remaining activities are, currently, in the execution phase in accordance with the annual training plan. It is recommended to follow up on the activities and actions to be taken to comply with the proposed system and make the corresponding continuous improvements to it.
