Abstract: The present investigation is associated to psychosocial risk factors and the presence of symptoms of work stress in workers of a floriculture located in Tabacundo during the global emergency caused by COVID-19. It is a descriptive cross-sectional study. The population and simple is made up of the floriculture workers who are on the payroll. Data was obtained using the cuestionnaire provided by the FPSICO 4 tool and the Seppo Aro symptomatic scale questionnaire. The FPSICO 4.0 program provided by the INSST was used for analysis. It was found that the vast majority of workers are in an adequate situation in the face of psychosocial risk, on the other hand there are factors that present a very high risk and those that stand out the most are the factors of participation/supervision with 33% and burden of work with 22%. It was also found that women are the ones with the highest level of risk. According to the results of the Seppo Aro symptomatic scale, it was obtained that 72% of the personnel have rarely or never witnessed symptoms of work stress, 9 % have a tendency to stress and 1% show that they have work stress. With 5% it is shown that men are the most prone to have a tendency to stress. With these results, the presente investigation concluded with the presentattion of an intervention plan for psychosocial risk with very high levels and one for work stress with general control measures.
Description: La presente investigación se encuentra asociada a los factores de riesgos psicosociales y a la presencia de sintomatología de estrés laboral en trabajadores de una florícola ubicada en Tabacundo durante la emergencia mundial causada por el covid-19. Se trata de un estudio descriptivo de corte transversal. La población y muestra está compuesta por los trabajadores de la florícola que se encuentren en la nómina. La obtención de datos se realizó mediante el cuestionario proporcionado por la herramienta FPSICO 4.0 y el cuestionario de la escala sintomática de Seppo Aro. Para su análisis se utilizó le programa FPSICO 4.0 proporcionado por la INSST. Se encontró que los trabajadores en su gran mayoría se encuentran en una situación adecuada frente a los riesgos psicosociales, por otro lado existen factores que presentan un riesgo muy elevado y los que más sobresalen son los factores de participación/supervisión con un 33% y carga de trabajo con el 22%. Se halló también que las mujeres son las que más presentan el nivel de riesgo muy elevado. De acuerdo a los resultados de la escala sintomática de Seppo Aro se obtuvo que el 72% del personal raramente o nunca han presenciado síntomas de estrés laboral, un 9% presenta tendencia al estrés y 1% muestra tener estrés laboral. Con un 5% se demuestra que los hombres son los más propensos de presentar tendencia al estrés. Con estos resultados, la presente investigación concluyó con la presentación de un plan de intervención para los riesgos psicosociales
