| Abstract: | El propósito principal del estudio es analizar los factores de riesgos psicosociales presentes en un grupo de 20 paramédicos del Hospital IESS Quito Sur, mediante la utilización de la metodología de FPSICO 4.0 y una entrevista para la elaboración un Plan de Intervención con el objetivo de mitigar el riesgo elevado, moderado, presente en los distintos factores. Los resultados demostraron un alto nivel de riesgo, además en la entrevista se identifica cambios a nivel biológico 90%, cambios a nivel emocional el 65%, a nivel mental el 90% presenta estrés, y el 60 % presenta problemas de ansiedad, se identificó también dolores musculoesqueléticos relacionado con la posición de trabajo, acumulación de tensión, mal manejo del estrés cambios a nivel emocional, y corporal. Por ende la importancia de contemplar programas de prevención, pausas activas según la necesidad de cada actividad, y concientización del grado de estrés laboral y riesgos psicosociales existentes, una buena intervención es realizar la vigilancia de la salud a través de consultas ocupacionales periódicas; vara una valoración adecuada, o también realizar cada cierto turno una terapia con psicólogo que abarcararía un desahogo de lo que ha visto en el turno y afecta directamente al personal de salud en el ámbito psi social, organizar integración grupal, vacaciones dentro del año laboral, seguridad laboral un buen uso del equipo de protección personal. |
| Description: | The main purpose of the study is to analyze the psychosocial risk factors present in a group of 20 paramedics from the IESS Quito Sur Hospital, using the FPSICO 4.0 methodology and an interview to prepare an Intervention Plan with the objective of mitigating the high, moderate risk, present in the different factors. The results showed a high level of risk, in addition, in the interview 90% changes are identified at the biological level, 65% changes at the emotional level, at the mental level 90% present stress, and 60% present anxiety problems, it was identified Also musculoskeletal pain related to the work position, accumulation of tension, poor stress management, changes at the emotional level, and bodily. Therefore the importance of prevention programs to contemplate, active breaks according to the need of each activity, and awareness of the degree of work stress and existing psychosocial risks, a good intervention is carried out by monitoring health through periodic occupational consultations; An adequate assessment varies, or also perform every certain shift a therapy with a psychologist that would include a relief of what has been seen in the shift and directly affects the health personnel in the psy-social field, organize group integration, vacations within the working year, occupational safety good use of personal protective equipment |
