| Zusammenfassung: | El desarrollo de planes de emergencia para los aeródromos, es una actividad compleja y desafiante, que debe integrar un sin número de requisitos normativos, para poder así establecer protocolos adecuados que permitan una respuesta de emergencia efectiva y eficiente, de modo que minimice al máximo el número de víctimas mortales asociadas a la misma, así como recuperar a la brevedad posible las operación regular del aeródromo. Con este antecedente, el proyecto busca integrar los criterios de respuesta ante emergencias desde la perspectiva aeronáutica, seguridad y salud en el trabajo y ambiental, mientras contempla las implicaciones que las situaciones de emergencia tienen en todo el personal participante y así los procedimientos contemplan apropiadamente todo el espectro y aseguran una respuesta apropiada y holística. |
| Beschreibung: | Developing emergency response plans for aerodromes, is a complex and challenging process, that must integrate several normative requirements, so accurate protocols may be emplaced to ensure a response to the emergency in an efficient and effective manner in order to reduce to the minimum the number of casualties related to the event, and to recover, as soon as possible, the aerodrome’s regular operation. Given this antecedent, this project searches to integrate the emergency response criteria regarding the aeronautical, work health and safety and environmental perspectives, so the response contemplates the full spectrum and guarantee an appropriate response to this sort of events contemplating the implications that those have in all the participant personnel, so the response accurately considers the full spectrum and guarantees an appropriate and wholistic response. |
