Abstract: | Los trastornos músculo-esqueléticos (TME) son causados por trabajos extenuantes que implican posturas prolongadas, mantenidas y forzadas, con pocas posibilidades de cambio, por fuera de los ángulos confortables o en desequilibrio. Las TME más prevalentes destacan la cervicalgia, lumbalgia y gonalgia. Entre un 65% y 90% de la población sufrirá un episodio de lumbalgia en algún momento de su vida donde las dolencias más frecuentes son hernia de disco, la tendinitis, lumbalgia, síndrome del túnel carpiano, entre otras Por lo tanto la presente investigación tiene como objetivo establecer el grado de afecciones musculo-esqueléticas de los trabajadores dedicados al área administrativa de una zona minera del sur del país y para ello se aplicó el método de evaluación ergonómica REBA, IMC según la OMS y el cuestionario nórdico, con lo cual se estimó la demanda mecánica en las actividades ejecutadas y se pudo determinar las zonas corporales de mayor afectación con relación al peso corporal de cada trabajador |
Description: | Musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) are caused by strenuous work that involves prolonged, maintained and forced postures, with little chance of change, outside comfortable angles or in imbalance. The most prevalent MSD include cervicalgia, low back pain and gonalgia. Between 65% and 90% of the population will suffer an episode of low back pain at some time in their life where the most common ailments are herniated disc, tendonitis, low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, among others Therefore, this research aims to establish the degree of musculoskeletal conditions of workers dedicated to the administrative area of a mining area in the south of the country and for this purpose the ergonomic evaluation method REBA, IMC according the OMS and the Nordic questionnaire, which estimated the mechanical demand in the activities carried out and it was possible to determine the most affected body areas in relation to the body weight of each worker. |
