Description: Currently in most sectors, over the years has been increasing the use of headphones, in terms of customer service, sales and collections. Whereby the concern to carry out the present study arises. For which a mannequin has been chosen, as well as a head simulator and to be able to apply ISO 11904-2. The methodology used was hypothetical-deductible, due to the fact that several tests, tests and measurements were carried out based on hypothesis. To obtain information on the functionality of the manikin, the tests were selected where dosimetries were made, directly, at the noise source, at 500 Hz and average values of 82.91dB were obtained, very distant compared to the means using the dosimeter inside the mannequin, several tests tested. The size of the atrial orifice. As a result, you can determine, a lack of information, more you can use the type of material and the thickness, you cannot get the results, nor can you get results. 14-19 dB. For similar research if you could fill the manikin so that the sound is dispersed throughout the mannequin because of the vacuum.
