Description: The research was conducted KRUGERCORPORATION S.A, a company dedicated to the development of information technologies and consulting projects, belongs to an industry with which there are no reports that determine CO2 emissions. The inventory of GHG greenhouse gas emissions was carried out, identifying the main users of energy consumption and improvement opportunities for the application of optimization programs. The methodology of the standard NTE INEN ISO 14064-1: 2010, scope 1 and 2, was established to know the impact in terms of CO2 emissions from the Carbon Footprint and also considering chapter 4.4.3 Energy revision of the Standard ISO 50001: 2012 for the collection of information on the use and consumption of energy. It was determined that the main significant energy consumers are office equipment with 51%, 23% air conditioning system and lighting with 13%. To define the efficiency of the lighting for jobs, results of the study were obtained based on the minimum levels established in the Ecuadorian legislation. A dispersion chart was made to define the indicator that is directly related to energy consumption where it was evidenced that there is a positive linear relationship between the Kwh variables and the number of man hours worked. The Carbon Footprint quantified in Scope 1 in fixed installations (electric generator) that consumes diesel for 2017 was 0.96 t CO2 and by displacement in vehicles that are not from the company Kruger in the month of June and July of 2018, it is 1.51 t CO2 as a function of the kilometers traveled and in Scope 2 based on the consumption of electricity has a growth from 2015 to the first semester of 2018, the GHG emissions in the base year 2017 were 90.23t CO2eq. When making a relationship with the percentage of energy that comes from nonrenewable sources of energy, which is part of the National Interconnected System of Ecuador that represents 39.79% of the total energy produced in the country, with this ratio is obtained 37.80 t CO2eq, which are generated from non-renewable energy sources in Kruger
