| Zusammenfassung: | Este proyecto de fin de carrera está encaminado a evaluar los riesgos psicosociales que se pueden presentar en los trabajadores de la empresa de Construcción y diseño de viviendas; proponiendo medidas preventivas y correctivas. El proyecto se basa en el análisis de los riesgos psicosociales mediante el método FPSICO en su versión 3.1 del instituto nacional de seguridad e higiene del trabajo, España; reconocido y aplicable a nuestra realidad nacional. Con este método se va a estudiar factores como: Tiempo de trabajo (TT). Autonomía temporal (AU). Carga de trabajo (CT). Demanda psicológica (DP). Variedad / Contenido del trabajo (VC). Participación / supervisión (PS). Interés por el trabajador / compensación (ITC). Desempeño de rol (DR), Relaciones y apoyo social (RAS). Así podremos hacer énfasis en el factor que más incida al personal. |
| Beschreibung: | This final year project is aimed at assessing the psychosocial risks that may occur in the workers of the construction and housing design company; proposing preventive and corrective measures. The project is based on the analysis of psychosocial risks through the FPSICO method in version 3.1 of the national institute of occupational safety and health, Spain; recognized and applicable to our national reality. With this method we will study factors such as: Working time (TT). Temporary autonomy (AU). Workload (CT). Psychological demand (DP). Variety / Content of the work (VC). Participation / supervision (PS). Interest for the worker / compensation (ITC). Role performance (DR), Relations and social support (RAS). So we can emphasize the factor that most affects the staff. |
