Description: In the past years, the national championship soccer Serie A in Ecuador has presented violent incidences. These incidents occur prior, during and at the end of soccer matches. Generally, the incidents involve soccer followers and people who do not have any connection with this sport. These disturbances have been verbally, physically and have reached extreme situations as the dead of people. In order to prevent these kind of violent situations, this work proposes the design and development of an early warning generation system. This system module allows the extraction, analysis and labelling of tweets regarding soccer matches. With this information, it is possible to generate early warnings about any incident inside or outside of a soccer stadium, to safeguard the security of the fans. The present work details the research problem. Furthermore, we analyze the incidents that have occurred in soccer events of the Ecuadorian championship series A, the evolution of the smartphone and use social networks in Ecuador, as well as the law, regulations and legal regulations about violence in sport events and sport scenarios. We also review previous studies about analysis of Twitter data, prediction algorithms and generation of early warnings. In addition, we describe the architecture of an early warning generation system. This module uses three layers and Python as its main programming language. We present three experiments to verify the operation of our system and show our results. Finally, we present conclusions, recommendations and future work that will continue this project.
