| Zusammenfassung: | En la última década el Sistema de Educación Superior del Ecuador ha presentado transformaciones sustentados en normativa legal. Las universidades ecuatorianas tienen que alinearse a esta nueva normativa emprendiendo procesos y acciones para cumplir los objetivos. La Universidad Internacional SEK Ecuador (UISEK), consciente de esta normativa y en la urgencia de mejorar y actualizar la planificación curricular, emprende proyectos para rediseñar y diseñar algunas carreras. El presente trabajo caracteriza la fundamentación sobre la cual se desarrolló el estudio del re-diseño de la carrera de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (SSO); considera que es pertinente a la realidad social del país y región, por tanto se presenta el perfil del profesional en SSO, quedando definida como una licenciatura en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional según lo exige la nueva normativa, y se recomienda diseñar una propuesta de perfil innovador que oriente una carrera en SSO con perfil de ingeniería. |
| Beschreibung: | In the last decade the Higher Education System of Ecuador has submitted changes supported by legislation. Ecuadorian universities need to be aligned to this new regulation processes and actions undertaken to achieve the objectives. Ecuador International University SEK (UISEK), aware of this legislation and the urgency to improve and update the curriculum planning, undertakes projects to redesign and design some career. This paper characterizes the foundation on which the re-design study Career Occupational Safety and Health (SSO) was developed; considers it relevant to the social reality of the country and region, therefore the professional profile is presented in SSO, being defined as a degree in Occupational Safety and Health as mandated by the new regulations, and it is recommended to design a proposal for innovative profile to guide a career in engineering SSO profile. |
