| Beschreibung: | The professional formation of the youth of the world rests on the shoulders of a group of men and women with different schools, origins and ideologies. University professors are catalysts of knowledge from the Academy to the minds eager for knowledge of the students who attend university, however this task is not simple. On the contrary, it implies a series of efforts of all kinds, this article analyzes the evolution and the present of the motivators, that push and brake the impetus of university teachers in different environments around the world. |
