dc.descriptionThe professional formation of the youth of the world rests on the shoulders of a group of men and women with different schools, origins and ideologies. University professors are catalysts of knowledge from the Academy to the minds eager for knowledge of the students who attend university, however this task is not simple. On the contrary, it implies a series of efforts of all kinds, this article analyzes the evolution and the present of the motivators, that push and brake the impetus of university teachers in different environments around the world.es
dc.description.abstractLa formación profesional de las juventudes del mundo, descansa en los hombros de un grupo de hombres y mujeres con distintas escuelas, orígenes e ideologías. Los profesores universitarios se constituyen en catalizadores del saber desde la Academia hacia las mentes ávidas de conocimiento de los alumnos que cursan la universidad, sin embargo esta tarea no es sencilla. Por el contrario implica una serie de esfuerzos de todo tipo, este artículo analiza la evolución y la actualidad de los motivadores que empujan y frenan el ímpetu de los docentes universitarios en distintos entornos alrededor del mundo.es
