| Resumen : | En el presente trabajo de investigación me he centrado en un tema que me parece de gran importancia dado el momento actual que esta viviendo el mundo en general, con el continuo crecimiento de la tendencia a la globalización dentro de los mercados internacionales. En primera instancia esta investigación parte de la importancia que tiene la contabilidad tanto financiera como de costos empezando desde su descripción y análisis, luego su comparación e importancia dentro del contexto empresarial y luego la necesidad de conjugar las dos de manera eficiente y sistemática. Este trabajo esta basado en la aplicación de varios ejercicios prácticos que facilitan la comprensión de la importancia de la contabilidad en general para un buen manejo tanto administrativo y financiero; así como la generación de informes los cuales son la principal herramienta utilizada por los gerentes para una correcta y oportuna toma de decisiones que permitan a la empresa competir de manera eficiente. Por ultimo centro mi atención en algunos de los sistemas de información administrativos que han sido mal y poco utilizados en países de bajo desarrollo como el nuestro, sin tomar en cuenta que la contabilidad no es solo una obligación para presentar balances que justifiquen su gestión ante los organismos de control, sino que deben ser utilizados frecuentemente como herramienta clave a la hora de tomar decisiones sobre aspectos puntuales de la empresa como son: costos de producción, fijación de precios, reducción o aumento de personal, mejoramiento de tecnología, cambio de maquinaria y equipo de trabajo, etc. |
| Descripción : | In the present research I have focused on a subject that seems to me to be of great importance given the current moment that the world is living in general, with the continued growth of the trend towards globalization within the markets international. In the first instance, this research starts from the importance of accounting both financial and cost starting from its description and analysis, then its comparison and importance within the business context and then the need for combine the two efficiently and systematically. This work is based on the application of several practical exercises that facilitate the Understanding the importance of accounting in general for good management both administrative and financial; as well as the generation of reports which are the main tool used by managers for a correct and timely decision making that allow the company to compete efficiently. Finally, I focus my attention on some of the administrative information systems that have been poorly and little used in countries of low development like ours, without taking account that accounting is not just an obligation to present balance sheets that justify their management before the control bodies, but must be used frequently as a key tool when making decisions about aspects of the company such as: production costs, pricing, reduction or increase of personnel, improvement of technology, change of machinery and equipment of work, etc. |
