This work is based on the application of several practical exercises that facilitate the Understanding the importance of accounting in general for good management both administrative and financial; as well as the generation of reports which are the main tool used by managers for a correct and timely decision making that allow the company to compete efficiently. Finally, I focus my attention on some of the administrative information systems that have been poorly and little used in countries of low development like ours, without taking account that accounting is not just an obligation to present balance sheets that justify their management before the control bodies, but must be used frequently as a key tool when making decisions about aspects of the company such as: production costs, pricing, reduction or increase of personnel, improvement of technology, change of machinery and equipment of work, etc.
