Abstract: En nuestro país, la industria de las llantas para el transporte pesado es una rama potencial del mercado ya que la oferta y demanda existente actualmente se somete a grandes desafíos por la fuerte competencia entre proveedores y distribuidores, además de la demanda incremental que se presenta. El tema de comercialización de llantas se encuentra directamente relacionado con la industria del transporte, siendo este uno de los pocos sectores que no fue afectado significativamente desde la crisis de 1999, este dato en lo posterior será apreciado. El mercado de las llantas es muy amplio, existen diferentes tipos de marcas, dimensiones y enfoques que hacen que este segmento del mercado amplíe sus objetivos para cubrir con las necesidades del consumidor. Aunque actualmente la tecnología de las llantas es muy avanzada, es bueno conocer algunos conceptos básicos para mantener la seguridad y alargar la vida de las llantas. Cuando los problemas aparecen no hay nada mejor que conocer los síntomas y saber que hacer para corregirlos. Ciertas circunstancias como los cambios de estación o los hábitos de manejo pueden dar como resultado problemas con los que los conductores normalmente no se encontrarían. Conociendo lo que busca el usuario puede ahorrar dinero y solucionar sus problemas. Es por esto que nace la necesidad de crear una comercializadora de llantas para transporte pesado con servicios conexos como: Alineación, balanceo, rotación, que en el presente estudio de prefactibilidad serán estudiados detalladamente, enfocado hacia un segmento del mercado tan amplio como lo son: empresas o cooperativas de transporte pesado.
Description: In our country, the tire industry for heavy transport is a potential branch of the market since the existing supply and demand is subject to great challenges due to the strong competition between suppliers and distributors, in addition to the incremental demand that is presented. The issue of tire commercialization is directly related to the transportation industry, this being one of the few sectors that was not significantly affected since the 1999 crisis, this data will be appreciated later. The tire market is very broad, there are different types of brands, dimensions and approaches that make this segment of the market expand its objectives to meet the needs of the consumer. Although the technology of the tires is currently very advanced, it is good to know some basic concepts to maintain the safety and extend the life of the tires. When problems appear there is nothing better than knowing the symptoms and knowing what to do to correct them. Certain circumstances such as seasonal changes or driving habits can result in problems that drivers would not normally encounter. Knowing what the user is looking for can save money and solve their problems. That is why the need to create a tire dealer for heavy transport with related services such as: Alignment, balancing, rotation, which in the present pre-feasibility study will be studied in detail, focused on a segment of the market as broad as they are: companies or heavy transport cooperatives
