Abstract: Este proyecto pretende cambiar el enfoque de que la mayoría de los habitantes de Quito que tenga con respecto a los colores de la iluminación. La iluminación actual que se ha dado a Quito Colonial, y en especial a las iglesias, en verde y morado, que ha hecho que se venda los ojos a un Quito a todo color, dejando a un lado su esencia, y también olvidar una de las principales razones para lo cual nombró Patrimonio de la Humanidad que es la sensualidad de sus formas. Asimismo, el habitante como individuo habrá de valorar las técnicas tradicionales de la imagen porque, como característica de los compañeros que queremos para inmortalizar determinados momentos o lugares con los temas propios y tradicionales de ellas, como es el caso del blanco y negro, uno de los características patrimoniales del antiguo Quito. El blanco y negro evoca la razón por la clásica y tradicional de Quito, para lo cual todos los habitantes de la capital, los turistas y otras personas, escoja a Quito para visitar y viajar. El problema que se ha dado con la nueva forma de iluminación que de alguna manera ha impuesto Quito, se ha prolongado en otros países, como el caso de Loja, así como en los sectores limítrofes a la capital como Conocoto, es decir el la publicidad hace que la población que está haciendo en el camino correcto pensar. Con esto queremos que la forma de las luces existentes se reconsidera.
Description: This project pretends change the approach that most of the inhabitants of Quito they have regarding the colors of illumination. The current illumination that has been given to Quito Colonial, and especially to the churches, in green and purple, it has made that you blindfolds to a Quito in full color, leaving to a side their essence, and also forgetting one of the main reasons for which it named her Patrimony of the Humanity that is the sensuality in their ways. Also the inhabitant like individual will value the traditional techniques of the picture because as characteristic of the fellows we want to immortalize certain moments or places with the own and traditional matters of them, like it is the case of the target and black, one of the patrimonial characteristics of the old Quito. The black and white evokes the classic and traditional of Quito, reason for which all the inhabitants of the capital, tourists and other people, choose to Quito to visit and to travel. The problem that has been given with the new form of illumination that in some way has imposed Quito, it has been prolonged in other countries like the case of Loja, as well as in sectors bordering to the capital as Conocoto, that is to say the publicity makes the population that is making in the correct way think. With this we want that the existent lights form is reconsidered.
