| Zusammenfassung: | En el presente estudio se realizó una comparación de cómo es el manejo de reglas, roles, límites y jerarquías, además de la estructura familiar entre las familias que tienen un miembro diagnosticado con Trastorno por Déficit de Atención con Hiperactividad y familias que no lo tienen, a través de una encuesta y una entrevista semi-estructurada a 15 familias que tienen un hijo diagnosticado con TDAH y 15 familia que no lo tienen, de lo cual se concluyó que existe diferencia en un 11% en el manejo de límites y 13% en el manejo de jerarquías, donde las familias que no tienen un miembro diagnosticado presentan comportamientos más funcionales en comparación con el otro grupo de familias. Además se detectó maltrato intrafamiliar en un 93% y alianzas familiares en un 100% en las familias que sí tienen un miembro diagnosticado con Trastorno por Déficit de Atención con Hiperactividad en comparación con las familias que no lo tienen, que obtuvieron un porcentaje mayor de adecuadas relaciones intrafamiliares y el 47% de alianzas. |
| Beschreibung: | In the present study, a comparison was made of how is the management of rules, roles, limits and hierarchies, as well as the family structure between families that have a member diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and families that do not have it, through a survey and a semi-structured interview with 15 families who have a child diagnosed with ADHD and 15 families who do not have it, from which it was concluded that there is a difference in 11% in the management of limits and 13% in the management of hierarchies, where families that do not have a diagnosed member present more functional behaviors compared to the other group of families. In addition, intrafamily abuse was detected in 93% and family alliances in 100% in families that do have a member diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder compared to families that do not have it, who obtained a higher percentage of adequate intrafamilial relationships and 47% of alliances. |
