Tiempo compartido : su implementaciòn en el Ecuador

Abstract

Comenzar este trabajo fue un reto para mí, ya que el Sistema de Vacaciones de Tiempo Compartido es algo que recién se está formando en nuestro país y, por lo tanto, pensé que^ba hacer muy difícil tener acceso a cierta clase de información, por inexistencia de la misma. Cabe señalar que el sistema de Tiempo Compartido está contemplado dentro de la nueva Ley Especial de Desarrollo Turístico como Actividad Turística, no significa que se le conoce ni se le dé importancia dentro de los organismos públicos y privados. Al acercarme a estos, recibí muy poca información, no porque no quisieran ayudarme, sino que simplemente no existía o no manejaban los datos que yo requería para poder realizar mi tesis de grado. Fueron muy pocas las empresas y personas que me dieron una mano y trabajaron conjuntamente conmigo para poder finalizar este trabajo, en el cual, se analiza como está implementado el Intercambio vacacional, su localización y funcionamiento dentro del Ecuador. No podía dejar pasar la oportunidad de poner mi propio punto de vista y opinión. Aquí es donde yo evalúo a las provincias ecuatorianas en donde se encuentran los proyectos de Tiempo Compartido, escogiendo a Manabí como la de mayor futuro turístico, no solo para este sistema vacacional, sino, para cualquier tipo de alojamiento que se pueda ofrecer al turista.

Starting this work was a challenge for me, since the System Timeshare is something that is just being forming in our country and, therefore, I thought that I would do very difficult to have access to a certain kind of information, due to the lack of the same. It should be noted that the Timeshare system is contemplated within the new Special Law of Tourist Development As a Tourist Activity, it does not mean that you are known or given importance within public and private organizations. To the approaching these, I received very little information, not because I did not would like to help me, but simply did not exist or not they handled the data that I required to be able to do my thesis grade. There were very few companies and people that gave me a hand and worked together with me to finish this work, in which, it is analyzed how the Vacation exchange, its location and operation within the Ecuador. I could not pass up the opportunity to put my own point of sight and opinion. This is where I evaluate the provinces Ecuador where the projects of Time are located Shared, choosing Manabí as the one with the greatest tourist future, not only for this holiday system, but, for any kind of accommodation that can be offered to the tourist.
