The liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is the mixture of two gaseous products Propane and Butane, which come from the earth and is obtained in the extraction of oil, although a part also comes from the refining of oil. Once processed, the gas is transported in liquid form and in this way it can reach the places that are required. This natural gas mixture of ethane and methane is transported in liquid form at -162 ° C, and in that state, the volume is reduced by 600 times, in the case of LPG it is transported in liquid form at -40 ° C in Propane and - 10 ° C in butane, where it can be transported in special ships, be it the case of Natural Gas (LNG) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), (Spanish Association of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Operators, 2013). The production and operations of LPG have increased in the world and every time there are more plants. The world production of LPG in the world is around 200 million tons per year, of which the United States has a production of 24%, Saudi Arabia 9%, Canada 6%, being the largest world producers.
