Proyecto de pre factibilidad de un restaurante ecológico integral en Yaruquí

Abstract

El crecimiento de la población implica que exista un desarrollo en las industrias y que esto lleve a un daño del medio ambiente y contaminación. Como sociedad responsable debemos cuidar al medio ambiente desde cualquier actividad que realicemos Para este proyecto, tomando en cuenta los problemas ambientales mencionados. Se ha realizado un ESTUDIO DE PREFACTIBILIDAD DE UN RESTAURANTE ECOLÓGICO EN YARUQUI. En el estudio de mercado se analizó el segmento de mercado al cual se piensa llegar con el producto. A través de encuestas y entrevistas con expertos, se determine el perfil del consumidor, como resultado de las encuestas se obtiene los gustos y preferencias, hábitos del mercado al cual nos enfocamos. Por otra parte en el estudio técnico definió las características físicas del proyecto, las características del restaurante han sido definidas después de analizar al mercado. El estudio legal donde se analizó los trámites a seguir que exige la legislación ecuatoriana. Dentro de la propuesta ecológica para el manejo del restaurante y tomada en cuenta como la segunda variable dentro del proyecto, se consideró el uso responsable del agua, así como también el manejo adecuado de la basura generada en el restaurante. El estudio financiero define la factibilidad del proyecto, para esto se realizó análisis de los costos, gastos, proyecciones de ingresos que nos da como resultado la rentabilidad o no de la inversión.
