Centro integral tipo para niños en condición de abandono para la Ciudad de Quito en el sector de Quitumbe

Abstract

En la cuidad de Quito existen una población cerca de 2,007.767 de habitantes hasta el 2005, en el año 1990 aproximadamente era de 1,350.000 lo cual significa un crecimiento de 500.000 habitantes en el lapso de 11 años, lo que representa un crecimiento de 37,8% y esto el 2,9% anual.Quito recibe un gran número de inmigrantes de todas las provincias del país y fuera de él, su objetivo es buscar soluciones a sus problemas económicos y mejorar su calidad de vida en cuanto a servicios de salud y educación. La Constitución Política de la República, establece que toda persona tiene derecho a una vivienda, alimentación y salud, pero como el presupuesto destinado para estos rubros es bajo y por ende su distribución es inequitativa, afecta directamente a ciertos grupos, entre estos los más perjudicados son los niños y ancianos.

The Political Constitution of the Republic, establishes that everyone has the right to housing, food and health, but since the budget allocated for these items is low and therefore its distribution is inequitable, it directly affects certain groups, among these the most affected it's the children and the elderly.
