Propuesta de nuevas rutas turísticas alternativas de la provincia de Tungurahua

Abstract

Ubicada en el centro del país, la Provincia de Tungurahua, es una de las más productivas en el ámbito agrícola, industrial y comercial. Su capital, Ambato, es conocida como la “Tierra de las Frutas y de las Flores” por su desarrollo en la producción de frutas de una gran cantidad de variedades; y más aun por el nombrado Carnaval de Ambato. También se la llama “La Tierra de los Tres Juanes”, por haber sido la cuna de tres celebres escritores, que dejaron su huella en la historia de la literatura ecuatoriana. La provincia de Tungurahua, posee un pueblo luchador que ha sabido sobrellevar cada una de las eventualidades que se le han venido encima, siempre buscando la forma de sacar adelante a sus ciudades por medio de trabajo honrado. Turísticamente, esta provincia posee una amplia gama de atractivos, entre los cuales se encuentran: naturales, culturales, religiosos, etc. que poco a poco se han ido desarrollando, cada uno de ellos dentro de sus respetivos cantones, unos con más velocidad que otros, pero que gracias al trabajo que han estado realizando los gobiernos seccionales, han empezado a surgir de a poco. Es muy importante tener en cuenta que la provincia como tal, posee una joya del turismo, como es Baños de Agua Santa, la cual se encuentra en peligro debido a lo que podría conllevar la erupción del Volcán Tungurahua, por lo que, el gobierno seccional debería empezar a pensar en desarrollar con mas plenitud el resto de atractivos que posee la provincia como tal, destinando recursos, tanto económicos como humanos para el desarrollo sustentable y sostenible de la provincia en general. Esta tesis busca dar a conocer esos atractivos que no son populares, pero que son de mucha importancia para el turismo y muchos de ellos para el patrimonio del país; dando una breve descripción que busca interesar a los lectores, a tal punto, que sean ellos mismos quienes constaten con sus propios ojos, lo que se detalla en este texto.

The province of Tungurahua, has a fighting people that has known how to cope with each of the eventualities that have come to him, always looking for ways to get their cities through honest work. Turistically, this province has a wide range of attractions, among which are: natural, cultural, religious, etc. that little by little they have been developed, each one of them within their respective cantons, some with more speed than others, but that thanks to the work that have been realizing the sectional governments, they have begun to arise little by little. It is very important to bear in mind that the province as such, has a jewel of tourism, such as Baños de Agua Santa, which is in danger due to what could lead to the eruption of the Tungurahua Volcano, so, the sectional government I should start thinking about developing more fully the rest of the attractions that the province has as such, allocating resources, both economic and human, for the sustainable and sustainable development of the province in general. This thesis seeks to make known those attractions that are not popular, but that are very important for tourism and many of them for the country's heritage; giving a brief description that seeks to interest readers, to such an extent, that they themselves are the ones to verify with their own eyes, what is detailed in this text.
