Diseño arquitectónico de un centro del conocimiento para la parroquia de Quitumbe en la Ciudad de Quito

Abstract

Este trabajo de fin de carrera se lo ha realizado ante la urgente necesidad de motivar y elevar los niveles de educación, cultura y gusto por el aprendizaje desde temprana edad, a más de brindar servicios variados y de calidad a la ciudadanía, específicamente en la zona sur de Quito, parroquia de Quitumbe. Este equipamiento debe ser entregado a la población considerando los principios y preceptos de las acciones afirmativas, esto es sin restricción de edad, orientación sexual, grupo étnico, entre otros. Además, es importante recalcar que una sociedad educada es el motor del progreso del país y de esta formar se logra elevar el estándar cultural. Por lo tanto, es necesario dedicar un espacio arquitectónico ideal que capte la atención de los usuarios y fomente el amor por la cultura, la lectura, la educación, la investigación; donde, a la vez, las personas puedan compartir y discutir temas trascendentales, actuales e importantes en el desarrollarlo de una comunidad más educada. Por otra parte, la idea de un Centro del Conocimiento permitirá generar espacios arquitectónicos que sean útiles para la vida en comunidad, donde la gente a más de hacer uso de los espacios destinados al aprendizaje, puedan combinar el conocimiento con otras actividades culturales, tanto al aire libre como en espacios interiores. He ahí la importancia del diseño de espacios propicios para atraer a más usuarios, los cuales faciliten el cumplimiento de actividades como: integración, recreación, desarrollo, estimulación intelectual…

On the other hand, the idea of ​​a Knowledge Center will allow generating architectural spaces that are useful for community life, where people more than making use of spaces for learning, they can combine the knowledge with other cultural activities, both outdoors and in spaces interiors That is the importance of designing favorable spaces to attract more users, which facilitate the fulfillment of activities such as: integration, recreation, development, intellectual stimulation ...
