| Abstract: | La investigación tuvo como objetivo verificar si los edificios establecidos en la zona periférica del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, mayores a 15 pisos, cumplían en su totalidad con lo solicitado por las normativas vigentes y demás requisitos contenidos en los distintos cuerpos legales, por lo cual se utilizó una base de datos donde se establece diferentes metodologías de evaluación aplicadas a los múltiples modos de evacuación optados ante una posible situación de emergencia natural o antrópica, de conformidad los años de construcción de las edificaciones objeto del presente proyecto, a fin de identificar y establecer posibles soluciones. |
| Description: | The objective of the investigation was to verify if the buildings established in the peripheral zone of the Metropolitan District of Quito, greater than 15 floors, fully complied with what is requested by current regulations and other requirements contained in the different legal bodies, for which used a database where different evaluation methodologies are established applied to the multiple evacuation modes chosen in the face of a possible natural or anthropic emergency situation, according to the years of construction of the buildings object of this project, in order to identify and establish possible solutions. |
