El proyecto "Biblioteca Patio" busca ser un modelo de referencia en el uso de BIM, aplicando esta metodología en todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del proyecto: planificación, diseño, análisis, ejecución y coordinación. BIM garantiza calidad, sostenibilidad y una operación eficiente del activo. Además, se sigue la normativa ISO 19650, que organiza y digitaliza la información del proyecto, promoviendo un entorno colaborativo y una gestión estructurada y transparente, involucrando disciplinas como arquitectura, estructura, MEP y sostenibilidad |
