| Zusammenfassung: | El presente proyecto de tesis propone el diseño de una Arquitectura híbrida en la AV.10 de Agosto y Cristóbal Colon , este barrio se encuentra en una etapa en la cual se está identificando la salida de las personas que habitan este lugar, la zona en la cual planteo mi proyecto se presenta un crecimiento urbanístico no planificado por lo que mediante un estudio realizado se identificó que el flujo de las personas y el tiempo que estas están en el lugar , el conflicto de organización , el estudio de una zona comercial , con esto se propone un nuevo enfoque para este proyecto el cual busca el reingreso de personas a esta zona proponiendo un equipamiento que mezcle dos actividades principales como son la vivienda y el comercio. Se busca como objetivo buscar un proyecto que me permita derivar diferentes equipamientos que reactiven la zona, enfocándose principalmente en una zona comercial y de vivienda ubicadas en un solo edificio. La creación de este proyecto permite el uso de diversos espacios que se conecten y también sean un conector con lo que tiene al interior y al exterior. El diseño del proyecto se argumenta y sustenta en la normativa general, con un enfoque especial en la calidad espacial y tipologías funcionales como aspectos principales, lo cual nos lleva a trabajar con estrategias de diseño que aprovechan la iluminación natural, espacios verdes, alturas altas y bajas, zonas de comercio y vivienda, planteando que estas dos se mezclen en algún espacio de uso común entre los habitantes y las personas de paso, dando paso al proyecto hibrido que se propone para una reactivación de esta zona, en cuanto a lo estructural y constructivo se propone trabajar con materiales mixtos, es decir con hormigón y acero, con predominio de hormigón en la estructura y fachadas , Con las estrategias planteadas se busca promover el uso adecuado de todos los espacios , se propone el uso de zonas verdes en la zona exterior para la protección del edificio y del conflicto que se genera en la calles aledañas , también se busca una conexión con la parada de bus , y la Circasiana. |
| Beschreibung: | This thesis project proposes the design of a hybrid architecture in the AV.10 de Agosto and Cristóbal Colon, this neighborhood is in a stage in which the exit of the people who live in this place is being identified, the area in which I propose my project presents an unplanned urban growth, so through a study it was identified that the flow of people and the time they are in the place, the organizational conflict, the study of a commercial area, with this a new approach is proposed for this project which seeks the re-entry of people to this area by proposing an equipment that mixes two main activities such as housing and commerce. The objective is to find a project that allows me to derive different equipment that reactivates the area, focusing mainly on a commercial and housing area located in a single building. The creation of this project allows the use of various spaces that connect and are also a connector with what is inside and outside. The project design is argued and supported by general regulations, with a special focus on spatial quality and functional typologies as main aspects, which leads us to work with design strategies that take advantage of natural lighting, green spaces, high and low heights, commercial and housing areas, proposing that these two be mixed in some space of common use between inhabitants and people passing through, giving way to the hybrid project that is proposed for a reactivation of this area, in terms of structure and construction, it is proposed to work with mixed materials, that is, with concrete and steel, with a predominance of concrete in the structure and facades. With the proposed strategies, we seek to promote the adequate use of all spaces, the use of green areas in the exterior area is proposed for the protection of the building and the conflict that is generated in the surrounding streets, a connection with the bus stop and the Circasiana is also sought. |
