| Abstract: | El presente trabajo se enfoca en la implementación y gestión de la metodología BIM en el desarrollo del Edificio Mediterráneo. Se aborda el rol clave del Coordinador BIM, quien asegura la integración efectiva de las disciplinas involucradas en el proyecto, optimizando los flujos de trabajo y garantizando la entrega de los resultados de manera eficiente. A través de un análisis detallado, se destaca cómo la utilización de BIM mejora la sostenibilidad y eficiencia en la planificación y ejecución de proyectos de construcción, reduciendo errores y sobrecostos. |
| Description: | This work focuses on the implementation and management of BIM methodology in the development of the Mediterráneo Building. The key role of the BIM Coordinator is addressed, ensuring the effective integration of the disciplines involved in the project, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the efficient delivery of results.
