| Zusammenfassung: | La Evaluación de desempeño a lo largo del tiempo ha ido tomando más importancia en las organizaciones, es una herramienta completa que nos permite tomar decisiones acertadas con los colaboradores y trabajar en su plan de mejora y crecimiento, renovando la relación jefe-subordinado y viceversa. Es una herramienta que brinda soporte en los diferentes subsistemas del área de recursos humanos, nos permite tener información relevante que permitirá el incremento de la productividad de la empresa. Es por esta razón que con el presente estudio se plantea un modelo de evaluación de desempeño en donde se levantaran los valores corporativos, competencias corporativas, competencias por jerarquías y posterior evaluación por estándares de desempeño según las funciones asignadas. |
| Beschreibung: | The Performance Evaluation over time has been taking more importance in organizations, it is a complete tool that allows us to make the right decisions with the collaborators and work on their improvement and growth plan, renewing the boss-subordinate relationship and vice versa. It is a tool that provides support in the different subsystems of the human resources area, it allows us to have relevant information that will allow the increase of the productivity of the company. It is for this reason that the present study proposes a performance evaluation model where corporate values, corporate competencies, hierarchical competencies and subsequent evaluation by performance standards according to assigned functions will be established |
