| Zusammenfassung: | El objetivo de la presente tesis ha sido estudiar la propiedad, planta y equipo que posee la finca “La Sofía” para determinar la capacidad productiva y de generar una rentabilidad futura mediante su aprovechamiento en el año 2013. El gobierno del Ecuador ha impulsado la producción forestal con fines comerciales mediante créditos otorgados por la Corporación Financiera Nacional y por el Banco Nacional de Fomento, pero aún más atractivo es el incentivo que otorga el Ministerio de Agricultura Minería y Pesca a personas naturales y jurídicas que se dedican a la producción forestal. Es por eso que el propietario de la finca “La Sofía” ha decidido aprovechar la Propiedad, Planta y Equipo mediante la producción de Teca, una madera muy apetecida en el mercado internacional y con gran crecimiento. El estudio demostró que mediante el cultivo y explotación de teca en la finca “La Sofía” generará rentabilidad futura al propietario, a pesar del largo tiempo de maduración de la madera es un negocio que resulta muy atractivo por sus beneficios económicos y por el apoyo de las entidades gubernamentales. |
| Beschreibung: | The objective of this thesis has been to study the property, plant and equipment owned by the "La Sofía" farm to determine the productive capacity and generate a future profitability through its use in 2013. The government of Ecuador has promoted forest production for commercial purposes through loans granted by the National Financial Corporation and the National Development Bank, but even more attractive is the incentive granted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Mining and Fishing to natural and legal persons They are dedicated to forestry production. That is why the owner of the farm "La Sofía" has decided to take advantage of the Property, Plant and Equipment through the production of Teak, a wood very desired in the international market and with great growth. The study showed that through the cultivation and exploitation of teak on the farm "La Sofía" will generate future profitability to the owner, despite the long time of maturation of the wood is a business that is very attractive for its economic benefits and for the support of the governmental entities. |
