Propuesta de creación de una empresa de servicio de transporte turístico en la ciudad de Quito para la Ruta del Sol, comprendida entre las provincias de Guayas y Manabí

Abstract

Dentro del Turismo Nacional podemos manifestar la inexistencia de una red de transporte adecuado, que facilite el recorrido de la Ruta del Sol, considerada en la actualidad como uno de los potenciales turísticos del Ecuador, debido a la mayor concentración de atractivos naturales e infraestructura que posee la faja costera del país. En la actualidad el sistema de transporte de la costa ecuatoriana, no ha alcanzado todavía el nivel óptimo para facilitar el acceso a destinos por vías secundarias; en consecuencia existe un alto nivel de desconocimiento por parte de la población de los diversos atractivos turísticos con que cuenta la zona costera de nuestro país. La calidad de la oferta de transporte no cumple con los estándares adecuados, pues las compañías que operan a través de la Ruta lo hacen con unidades de transporte obsoletas. En vista de estas dos situaciones, y teniendo como objetivo el aportar para el desarrollo turístico de esta importante región ecuatoriana, se propone la creación de una empresa de Transporte Turístico bajo la figura jurídica de compañía de responsabilidad limitada, la que ofertará calidad a través de seguridad y confort en el servicio, mediante la adquisición de nuevas unidades y donde el precio será establecido en base a un Estudio Técnico de Costos en función del número de Kilómetros a recorrer y los gastos generados en la operación, estudio que ha sido realizado por pocas empresas, entre ellas la Empresa Municipal de Servicio y Administración de Transporte y el Ministerio de Obras Públicas.

At present, the transport system of the Ecuadorian coast has not reached still the optimum level to facilitate access to destinations by secondary roads; in consequence there is a high level of ignorance on the part of the population of the various tourist attractions that the coastal area of ​​our country has. The quality of the offer transportation does not meet the appropriate standards, as companies that operate through the Route they do with obsolete transportation units. In view of these two situations, and with the objective of contributing to the tourist development of this important Ecuadorian region, it is proposed the creation of a Tourist Transport company under the legal concept of liability company limited, which will offer quality through security and comfort in the service, through the acquisition of new units and where the price will be established based on a study Cost Technician based on the number of Kilometers to be traveled and the expenses generated in the operation, a study that has been carried out by a few companies, including the Company Municipal Service and Transportation Administration and the Ministry of Public Works.
