| Abstract: | El presente plan de negocios sirve para la implementación de un estudio de Audio Digital Móvil; especializado en la diseño, producción y venta directa de Publicidad para el sector corporativo de la ciudad de Quito. El trabajo incluye el diseño esquematizado del proyecto en sus distintas fases: contiene un estudio estadístico y análisis del mercado objetivo y la demanda. Cuenta con un análisis del perfil estratégico para la implantación del proyecto. También considera un análisis técnico y de ingeniería de procesos productivos; tomando en cuenta tanto los requerimientos de capital humano, como financiero y tecnológico. Además; considera los parámetros para la constitución legal del proyecto; y la incidencia del mismo en el ámbito de la sociedad Ecuatoriana Contemporánea. Cabe recalcar que la índole especializada del presente proyecto de tesis es la ingeniería en Finanzas Corporativas; por lo cual se hace hincapié en la descripción detallada de los Presupuestos de Inversión; Los Estados Financieros con su debida proyección; la valoración de la Inversión a un largo plazo, y Los respectivos Análisis Financiero; de Sensibilidad y de Riesgo. Finalmente; el trabajo proveerá de las Conclusiones y Recomendaciones discretas que permitan en el debido caso; llevar a cabo la implantación del proyecto según se establezca en su diseño. |
| Description: | This business plan is useful for the implementation of a Mobile Digital Audio studio; specialized in the design, production and direct sale of advertising for the corporate sector of the city of Quito. The work includes the schematic design of the project in its different phases: it contains a statistical study and analysis of the target market and demand. It has an analysis of the strategic profile for the implementation of the project. It also considers a technical and engineering analysis of production processes; taking into account both the requirements of human capital, and financial and technological. Further; considers the parameters for the legal constitution of the project; and the incidence of it in the context of contemporary Ecuadorian society. It should be noted that the specialized nature of this thesis project is engineering in Corporate Finance; therefore, the detailed description of the Investment Budgets is emphasized; The Financial Statements with their due projection; the long-term valuation of the Investment, and the respective Financial Analysis; of Sensitivity and Risk. Finally; the work will provide the discrete Conclusions and Recommendations that allow in the appropriate case; carry out the implementation of the project as established in its design. |
