| Abstract: | El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo, la elaboración de una crema elaborada con ingredientes orgánicos a base de sábila, para ello se han propuesto métodos para los cuales se trata de seleccionar adecuadamente la mejor formulación, y así alcanzar las propiedades deseadas. Se evaluarán indicadores físicos y químicos. A más de ello se propondrá un proceso a escala piloto y semi-industrial de la elaboración de la crema. |
| Description: | The objective of this research project is the development of a cream made with organic ingredients based on aloe vera, for which methods have been proposed for which it is necessary to select the best formulation properly, and thus achieve the desired properties. Physical and chemical indicators will be evaluated. In addition, a pilot-scale and semi-industrial process for the preparation of the cream will be proposed. |
