By analyzing his intimate speech, embodied through stories, in your notebook and your own anecdotes related to journalists and researchers, their personal history and interviews conducted specialists, it is sought to reconcile theory with reality based on this case, in addition to generate in the population an awareness about subjects like him, who were released, cause of the justice system of Ecuador. As well as the importance of psychologists and psychiatrists in the legal processing of these subjects to have a more complete perspective and relevant to the sentence that each of the criminal subjects should comply with. Of the present investigation of exploratory type, was obtained from the analysis, results that coincide with a perverse personality structure, with characteristic features of it such as the manipulation, the transgression of the Law and social norms, the denial of castration, and a compulsion to repetition that has led to the achievement of hundreds of murders and rapes, those that have been executed with conscience and will of their direct author, without presenting any remorse, so this personality structure can not be rehabilitated or reinserted again in society, due to the absence of a space relevant to this objective, what has been demonstrated in this particular case. He He also found that the reasons that can lead the authorities to release subjects with a perverse personality structure, would be by manipulation and deception, as It happens with this subject.
