The abuse of water and energy consumption among other things, has caused in the world a problematic of scarcity of resources. This will complicate with the passage of time, due to the global warming that is going through planet earth, which induces a change climatic difficult to ignore. After the analysis that was carried out, about this topic, we had the need to propose new ways of saving water and energy that ensure the sustainability of resources. An answer was sought in this way to strengthen the capture and use of other sources of water and energy and thus promote savings said resources in the facilities of the Campus "Juan Montalvo" of the University International SEK in Guapulo. The system that was designed had the purpose of both improvement environmental as well as economic and was formed by two points: the substitution of drinking water for rainwater in the sanitary environment of the establishment, with its respective characterization of water quality and the treatment required prior to distribution; and the use of heliofanía of said area, for the use of solar panels, and thus reduce the energy consumption electricity from hydroelectric and / or thermoelectric plants. The results showed that the benefits, unlike the cost, would be much higher in the case of the use of energy alternatives (solar panels), and on the contrary it resulted in the use of a system for capturing rainwater, and this was due to the cost of each service, and the value paid for the same every month of the year.
