Social.
2) Formas de organización Privada: ejemplo, Sociedad Anónima “La Favorita”.
3) Formas de organización Mixta.: ejemplo, Empresa Pública Metropolitana de
Movilidad y Obras Públicas.
4) Formas de organización de economía popular y solidaria: Cooperativa de
Vivienda “Un lugar en el Mundo”. On September 28, 2008, Ecuadorians approved the text of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, driven by the political movement Alianza País; Constitution which became effective as of its publication in the Official Gazette No.449 of Monday 20 October 2008, which with respect to the economic system states the following: Art. 283.- The economic system is social and solidary; recognizes the human being as subject and purpose; tends to a dynamic and balanced relationship between society, State and market, in harmony with nature; and aims to guarantee the production and reproduction of the material and immaterial conditions that make good living possible. The economic system will be integrated by the forms of economic organization public, private, mixed, popular and solidary, and the rest that the Constitution determine. The popular and solidary economy will be regulated in accordance with the law It will include the cooperative, associative and community sectors. Unlike the social market economy, Ecuador currently recognizes a social and solidarity economic system, where the human being is the main subject of the economic activities and in turn is the final reason why the economy exists. There are 4 types of ways of organizing the economy in the social economic system and solidary, which are: 1) Forms of Public organization: example, Ministry of Economic Inclusion and Social. 2) Forms of private organization: example, "La Favorita" Limited Company. 3) Forms of Mixed organization: example, Metropolitan Public Company of Mobility and Public Works. 4) Forms of organization of popular and solidary economy: Cooperativa de Housing "A place in the World". |
