| Zusammenfassung: | El proyecto nace a partir de la investigación acerca de cómo el desarrollo urbano y el comportamiento social ligado a las actividades económicas florícolas han causado un desgaste y deterioro en la quebrada norte de Nayón. El Centro Productivo Agro-ecológico es un equipamiento de producción de fertilizantes y preparados orgánicos a partir de la gestión de residuos orgánicos provenientes de viveros del sector, así como un espacio con un enfoque formativo que busca generar una relación positiva del uso de la quebrada, mediante actividades recreativas y educativas ecológicas. Contrastando el mal uso de las quebradas producto de fuentes de presión causantes de deterioro. CPAC-01 cuenta con estrategias entrelazadas con el plan de recuperación de quebradas, ligadas con el sistema constructivo de menos impacto negativo ecológico y la gestión de los residuos que genera el proyecto, la preservación de prexistencias naturales, la condensación de actividades mediante capas y la aplicación de estrategias de condiciones climáticas de un espacio de acuerdo a su actividad. |
